You can resolve a credit card decline by logging into My Account and following the steps below:
Click on “My Account” at the top of the page
- Under Billing Preferences, select “Billing Overview ”
- Click “Pay now” and pay using an updated payment method
- Then Under Billing Preferences, select “Manage Payment Methods ”
- Update your account with the new payment method for all future billing
Future State – Anything that deals with “My Account may need to be validated that these instructions are correct for the experience for Tidewater
