While internet connection issues are rare with Lumos, they can happen. Here’s what we suggest:
- Connect to another device or website to determine if the slow or failed connection is only happening on one device or all your devices.
- Check your Wi-Fi settings to make sure you are connected to the proper SSID.
- Run a speed test to confirm you’re getting lightning-fast internet.
- Connect your computer directly to the router with an Ethernet cable to see if your Wi-Fi signal is poor enough to degrade your internet speed.
- Restart your modem and router back to their factory default configuration.
