Bulk
Preferred starting point
For properties looking for a property-wide solution, Bulk is the strongest place to start. Lumos works with your property to develop an approach based on your property’s needs, helping simplify the experience for teams and residents. Because property configurations vary, final design and coverage may depend on site conditions and the solution selected for the property.
Bulk properties operate differently from Marketing and Access properties. They are not included in standard marketing lists and do not rely on direct marketing to residents for sign-up, though supporting communications and materials may still be available in appropriate situations.

Marketing
Flexible option for outreach and activation
If your property wants to support resident awareness as service becomes available, a Marketing agreement allows marketing activity at the property. This can include coordinated outreach, on-site events, and engagement with the property as construction nears completion. It also gives residents the choice to consider fiber internet as a valuable amenity.
Lumos is an on-site provider on a non-exclusive basis.

Access
Build-only option
Access is the most limited agreement type. It gives Lumos the right to build and install internet infrastructure at the property, but it does not include marketing rights. While it does not include direct promotion, it allows the property to be prepared for residents who choose to connect once service becomes available.
Once construction is complete, newly serviceable units are added to standard availability lists used to communicate new availability.
