EQUIPMENT RETURN BY MAIL

To return Lumos equipment by mail, you need to initiate the return process by emailing broadband@lumos.net. Step-by-step instructions are as follows:

  1. Email for Return Authorization: Send an email to broadband@lumos.net to request a return and refund.
  2. Include Necessary Information: In your email, specify your order number and the items you wish to return.
  3. Receive Return Label: Once Lumos processes your return request, they will send you a return shipping label via email.
  4. Pack and Ship: Attach the provided label to your package and ship it back to Lumos.
