While T-Mobile Fiber primarily supports residential customers and some of our marketing efforts, Lumos continues to own and operate the fiber network, directly managing installation, billing, and ongoing account care for business customers of all sizes.
You would be a Lumos Fiber Business Internet customer.
Your agreement, billing, installation, and ongoing support are managed directly by Lumos.
1. Prepaid Mastercard: Eligible orders of 2 Gig – 8 Gig may receive virtual $500 Prepaid Mastercard. Virtual card is issued by Pathward®, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Mastercard U.S.A. Inc. No cash access or recurring payments. Can be used where Debit Mastercard is accepted online, for phone/mail orders, or in stores that accept mobile wallet. Customers will be eligible to redeem the gift card 120 days after installation and must redeem it within 60 days of redemption eligibility.
