Lumos Networks Retail Stores Will Support New Practices for Social Distancing
Remain open with new processes for providing service
Lumos Networks announced new retail store initiatives to continue providing services while supporting State and Federal guidelines for Social Distancing caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Beginning on April 1st, our retail stores will not be accessible by the public. Retail hours remain the same, and representatives will operate inside the stores to provide services such as posting account payments and processing equipment. The company will provide payment drop boxes and external waterproof bins for equipment in order to facilitate providing services for customers.
As a reminder, there is no charge to pay by credit card at 1-855-GO-LUMOS and coordination of equipment exchanges may be pre-arranged by calling 1-540-941-6706.
